Westpac Group is seeking a Senior Mainframe Engineer in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, on a permanent hybrid basis. You will work across critical mainframe systems, mentor engineers, and help evolve a connected, full-spectrum engineering workforce within our Gold Coast hub.

You will apply COBOL/PLI skills on z/OS, leverage AI tools, and contribute to performance improvements, security, and reliability while collaborating with teams across contemporary technologies including Java and APIs.
