We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation for a fast-growing logistics software company. You'll report to the CEO, lead a team of three, and drive execution across Google Ads, SEO, AEO, and website management.

This is a strategic and executional role where you'll use AI as a core tool to multiply output across campaigns, reporting, and team productivity.

What Success Looks Like

- Own pipeline through lead volume, quality, and conversion metrics
- Run Google Ads, SEO, AEO, and website management day-to-day
- Translate product roadmap into positioning and campaign angles
- Build presence in AI-driven search and expand into new keyword territory
- Deliver clear, timely lead reporting and performance dashboards
- Lead 3 direct reports with proactive coaching and accountability

Key Responsibilities

- Campaigns: Own omni-channel strategy (paid digital, ABM, direct mail)



aligned to Sales and pipeline targets
- Product Marketing: Translate feature releases into market positioning and messaging
- SEO/AEO/CRO: Grow organic search, build AI-search visibility, manage website and conversion optimisation
- AI & Automation: Run AI-assisted channel reviews, build human approval loops, move proven workflows to autonomous execution
- Reporting: Own lead attribution, dashboards, and performance tracking for Sales and leadership
- Team: Lead 3 direct reports, manage case studies, events, social, and list hygiene

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on execution
- Practical experience using AI and agentic tools day-to-day
- Proven paid media and strong SEO fundamentals
- Track record of growing organic pipeline
- Knowledge of AEO or appetite to build this capability

Advantageous

- Team leadership in fast-moving environment
- Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain software experience
- Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, SFMC)
- List management and events experience
