responsibilities As a baker at Cowaramup French Bakery Patisserie, you will be responsible but not limited to: Preparing and baking bread, rolls, cakes, pies and pastries, following established recipes and production schedules Ensuring baked goods meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and texture Recommending recipes to refresh our menu and bring in new customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan desserts) Managing raw material inventory of baking ingredients and supplies Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the baking area, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Supporting in training baking team when required Qualification &





experience Minimum Certificate III in Bread Baking Minimum 1-2 years of full-time experience or equivalent in relevant roles Skills Strong knowledge of baking processes and equipment Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Team player with positive communication skills About Company Cowaramup French Bakery Patisserie is a busy cafe and bakery, operating in Cowaramup WA 6284.
