The Role:
This is an opportunity to join the dedicated QGAir Engineering team as an Aviation Parts Coordinator, providing critical support for the maintenance and operational readiness of our Rotary Wing fleet. The successful applicant will coordinate the procurement, inventory management and logistics of aircraft parts, tooling and aviation life support equipment while maintaining technical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory, organisational and workplace requirements. Working closely with engineering personnel, aircraft maintenance providers, operational staff and external vendors, you will play an integral role in supporting safe,
compliant and efficient aviation maintenance operations.

What We're Looking For:
Although not essential, the following experience would be highly regarded:
- Knowledge of CASA regulations pertaining to procurement and logistics requirements.
- Previous experience with CAMP Systems Maintenance and Inventory modules.
- Previous experience in the maintenance of technical records in a CASA regulated maintenance organisation.
Special Conditions In compliance with CASA Drug and Alcohol Management Plan requirements, the preferred applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment testing and participate in the QGAir Drug and Alcohol Management Program.
