Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an Auxiliary Operator (Multiskilled) to join our NPI & Projects team at Abra Mine Site on a FIFO or DIDO 7/7 roster. Reporting to the Working Supervisor/Grader Operator, you will operate a range of mobile plant and heavy vehicles — including MC truck and tipper trailer combinations and front-end loaders — to support the construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of our gazetted gravel roads, mine access roads and associated infrastructure. This is a hands-on, multiskilled role for an operator who thrives across multiple equipment types.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate MC truck and tipper trailer combinations to transport gravel, road-building materials and spoil, in line with site procedures and road transport legislation
- Operate front-end loaders to load and stockpile gravel, road base and construction materials
- Assist grader operators and maintenance crews with road construction, resheeting, drainage works and defect repairs
- Operate additional mobile plant and road maintenance equipment where trained and authorised, including watercart and compaction support
- Maintain awareness of public road users, traffic management plans and road safety requirements
- Conduct pre-start and shutdown inspections, and maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness
- Complete daily production reports, pre-start documentation and accurate equipment usage records
- Comply with all safety, environmental and fatigue management standards, reporting hazards and incidents immediately

What You'll Bring





- Minimum 3 years' experience operating MC truck and trailer combinations
- Demonstrated experience operating front-end loaders in mining, civil construction or road maintenance environments
- Experience transporting quarry products, aggregates or road construction materials
- Strong situational awareness and risk management capability
- Ability to operate multiple equipment types safely and efficiently
- Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- A positive, adaptable approach to changing operational requirements

Essential Requirements

- Current unrestricted MC (Multi Combination) Driver Licence
- Loader Ticket/VOC or demonstrated loader operating competency
- National Construction Induction (White Card) desirable
- Ability to obtain and maintain site medical clearance
- National Police Clearance (where required)
- Fatigue Management accreditation desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in remote environments and adverse weather conditions
