We’re looking for a hands-on Baker / Kitchen All-Rounder to join our growing hospitality team in Parramatta.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both baking and general kitchen production — someone practical, organised and happy to jump in wherever needed.

What you’ll be doing:

- Daily baking and pastry preparation
- Preparing cakes, pastries and café-style baked goods
- General food preparation and kitchen production




- Supporting café menu prep and service
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Stock rotation, storage and basic inventory control
- Working closely with our kitchen and operations team

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous bakery, pastry or commercial kitchen experience
- Is confident working independently when required
- Has good kitchen organisation and time management
- Understands food safety and hygiene standards
- Is reliable, efficient and genuinely hands-on
- Is comfortable working across different kitchen duties — not just baking
- Is available for regular weekday and/or weekend shifts

This role is offered on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for full-time hours for the right person.
