We're a cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, serving Asian fusion sharing plates and cocktails that don't take themselves too seriously. Think neon glow, a killer playlist, lychee and yuzu in your glass, and a crowd that came to have a good time. We're loud in the right ways, warm always, and obsessed with making every night feel like an occasion.
The Role
We're looking for energetic, personable hospitality legends to join our bar and floor team. You'll be the face of the venue: mixing drinks, guiding guests through the menu, and keeping the energy up from first round to last call.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making and serving cocktails, from our signature list to the classics
- Running food and keeping tables looking sharp
- Keeping the vibe high and the venue spotless
- Responsibly serving alcohol in line with Victorian liquor licensing laws
- Batching and cocktail prep
What We're Looking For
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, which is essential
- Previous bar or floor experience in a busy venue (we'll train the right attitude, too)
- A genuine love of hospitality, good drinks, and good food
- Confidence, charm, and the ability to stay calm when the room is full
- A team-first attitude and a sense of humour
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Bonus points: cocktail knowledge, Asian cuisine curiosity, or a great taste in music
