Club Burleigh is looking for friendly, switched on people to join our Food & Beverage and Gaming teams. If you're the kind of person who remembers a regular's usual order, stays cool when the bar is three deep and makes every guest feel like a local, you'll fit right in.
Key responsibilities
Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Serve drinks and snacks quickly, accurately and with a friendly smile
- Handle cash and operate the POS system
- Keep the bar and floor clean, tidy and secure
- Help with stock rotation and restocking
- Work with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Gaming Attendant
- Look after patrons in the gaming room with attentive, friendly service
- Carry out payouts, cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming machine regulations and responsible gambling practices
- Keep an eye on the floor and assist patrons whenever they need it
- Serve beverages and keep the gaming area clean and presentable
About you
- A current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Willingness to get your RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
- For Gaming Attendant role: Previous experience as a gaming attendant
- Hospitality or bar experience is a bonus, but a great attitude matters most
- Loves people and genuinely enjoys making someone's day
- Can multitask without breaking a sweat
- Reliable, proactive and a true team player
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Confidence handling cash and a sharp eye for detail
