We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.
About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service, quality beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere. You'll work as part of a dynamic team in our restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest enjoys genuine hospitality from arrival to departure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a range of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds guest expectations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Processing orders and payments accurately
- Providing recommendations and product knowledge to guests
- Ensuring compliance with RSA requirements and Hilton brand standards
- Assisting with restaurant service when required
- Contributing to a positive and cooperative team culture
- What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Strong cocktail, wine, and beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
