Experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder – Part-Time

Three Beans Brisbane is looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our busy Brisbane CBD team.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume café and is interested in a long-term position with consistent weekly shifts.

Position: Part-Time

Shifts: 3–5 shifts per week

Hours: Around 20 hours initially, with the opportunity to increase to 30 hours.

This is a genuine all-rounder role, so you will be expected to work both behind the coffee machine and on the floor, including customer service, taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing tables, and helping keep the café running smoothly during busy periods.

You’ll need

- Robust barista experience in a busy café
- Confidence working both on coffee and on the floor




- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak periods
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Friendly and professional customer service
- Fluent English and confident communication
- Reliability and punctuality
- Availability from 6:00 AM
- Availability to work Saturdays
- A current RSA
