Business Development Manager, Data Driven Communications

Reacon is growing its Data Driven Communications team. We're looking for an BDM who enjoys turning client data into communications that are personal, accurate and on time.

Our clients deal with one partner from data file to delivery.

Our purpose-built production site at Warwick Farm is home to a team of 55+. We look after clients across not-for-profit, financial services, healthcare, retail and marketing.

The role

You'll build your own portfolio of clients whose communications depend on getting data right. That includes fundraising appeals and donor acquisition, customer statements and notices, loyalty and membership programs, and personalised direct mail.

- Be the main point of contact for your clients, from brief and data receipt through to proofing, production and lodgement
- Work with our data and programming team on variable data and personalisation logic
- Plan and manage campaign timelines, including recurring runs and peak periods
- Coordinate with agency partners and client teams to keep complex,



multi-version campaigns on track
- Grow your accounts by helping clients improve response, reduce postage costs and bring more of their program under one roof
- Bring in new clients across our target sectors

About you

- Experience in sales within direct mail, mailhouse, transactional print or marketing services
- A practical understanding of how data driven communications are produced
- Strong attention to detail, and comfortable signing off proofs and live data samples
- Experience with not-for-profit, agency or financial services clients is a solid advantage
