Business Development Manager, Print

Reacon is growing its Sales team. We're looking for a BDM who enjoys winning new clients and showing them what great print can do for their brand.

Reacon is part of the Westman Group of Companies, a 100% Australian-owned, family-owned group. We bring print, packaging, data, mail, finishing and fulfilment together under one roof, so our clients deal with one partner from concept to delivery.

Our purpose-built production site at Warwick Farm is home to a team of 55+. We look after clients across pharmaceutical, financial services, FMCG and premium retail, marketing and aged care.

The role

You'll build your own portfolio of clients who use print to represent their brand. That includes marketing collateral, point of sale, packaging and labels, large format and premium finished pieces.

- Identify and win recent clients across pharmaceutical, financial services, FMCG, retail and agency
- Build relationships with marketing, brand and procurement teams, as well as agency partners
- Manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM
- Hand new clients over to our Account Management team smoothly,



and keep growing each account by bringing more of their work under one roof

About you

- A proven track record in business development or sales within commercial print, mailing, packaging, labels or marketing services
- Solid technical knowledge of print, from stocks and processes through to finishing and production timelines
- Confident prospecting, pitching and negotiating, and comfortable owning a target
- An existing network in pharmaceutical, financial services, FMCG, retail or agency is a strong advantage
