Role Description

This remote contract role is for a Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and Billing Consultant based in Australia. The consultant will configure, customize, and support Blue Yonder/JDA Warehouse Management and billing modules, ensuring alignment with client operational and financial requirements. Daily activities include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing functional and technical solutions, and coordinating integrations with related systems.

The role involves troubleshooting system issues, optimizing performance, validating data flows between WMS, billing, and back-end systems, and supporting testing and user training.



The consultant will collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations and enhancements within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development, including configuring, customizing, and extending Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and billing solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Service Management, including incident resolution, change management, and production support for WMS and billing environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including requirements gathering, planning, stakeholder communication, and coordination of implementation activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, including designing and supporting interfaces between WMS, ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Databases, including querying, monitoring, and troubleshooting data issues in relational database environments.
- Robust experience with Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, billing configuration, and warehouse operations processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; prior consulting or logistics industry experience is an advantage.
