Robina Pavilion Liquor Legends is looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused Bottle Shop Attendant to join our team.
This is a casual position offering approximately 25+ hours per week, with regular night and weekend shifts. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in presentation and customer service, and is happy to get involved across all areas of bottle shop operations.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Processing sales and operating the POS system
- Receiving and putting away stock deliveries
- Replenishing shelves, fridges and promotional displays
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bottle shop
- Completing stock rotation and general stock control
- Following responsible service of alcohol and venue compliance requirements
What we’re looking for
- Current QLD RSA
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to comfortably perform manual handling and stock replenishment duties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
- Previous bottle shop, liquor retail, retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded
- Forklift licence is preferable but not essential
