About the Role

As Branch Manager at Grace Removals, you will lead the day-to-day performance of our Darwin operation and play a central role in its continued success and growth. This full-time position offers an experienced operational leader the opportunity to take ownership of branch performance, develop a capable team, strengthen customer outcomes and deliver sustainable operational improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and coordinate all branch activities, including production, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintenance

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of branch personnel

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

- Analyse branch performance data and provide regular reports to senior management





- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental, and quality control regulations

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivational work environment

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

- Proficient in using data analysis tools and technologies to drive operational improvements

- Thorough understanding of manufacturing, inventory management, and logistics processes

- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
