National Heavy Vehicle Regulator is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change activities for TOCS initiatives, with hands-on ServiceNow experience. The role supports Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Network teams and spans across projects and stakeholders during periods of change.

The position is a maximum-term contract for two years, based at NHVR's Newstead office, offering hybrid work arrangements and ongoing development opportunities.
