Senior IntelliMatch Consultant – Global Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior IntelliMatch Consultant with 11+ years of expertise in financial reconciliation platforms to lead complex reconciliation transformation initiatives for global financial clients. This senior role combines solution design, implementation, consulting, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IntelliMatch implementations across cash, nostro, securities, general ledger, position, and trade reconciliations.
- Configure and maintain IntelliMatch modules: Recollector, Administrator, Reconciliation Manager, Scheduler, Security Administration.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reconciliation strategies and act as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Drive automation and transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead platform installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, regression,



and production validation testing cycles.
- Troubleshoot reconciliation breaks and provide production support.

Required Skills

- Core IntelliMatch expertise (4–11+ years) across all modules.
- Strong SQL development (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, PostgreSQL) and database performance tuning.
- Unix/Linux scripting, ETL, and workplace management.
- Deep domain knowledge in financial services, capital markets, investment banking, and asset management.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models with strong stakeholder management.
