Netwealth in Melbourne is seeking a Platform Manager to lead how Customer Operations uses Appian, our workflow platform. This is an operations-led platform role embedded in the Projects team, collaborating with Product, IT and Appian to translate priorities into practical workflow improvements that benefit staff and customers.

You will own the Appian roadmap, prioritise work, build relationships with senior leaders, and drive automation and continuous improvement across the business.
