We’re looking for a dynamic and organised leader to manage our Cairns branch. If you have high energy, a passion for guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, recruit, train, and guide a team of guest service specialists and vehicle maintenance crew.
- Manage day-to-day rental operations, ensuring vehicles are in top condition.
- Review and optimise processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Champion workplace health and safety.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience and resolve any guest relations issues.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 2 years’ people management experience (tourism or travel preferred).
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude.
- Guest service experience and solid sales track record.
- Skilled in complaint handling and conflict resolution.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Open driver licence.
