The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Branch Supervisor to lead our operation across our Gepps Cross branch!

We're looking for someone who leads from the front. You'll be just as comfortable coaching your team and reviewing branch performance as you are jumping in to support despatch, receivables, or warehouse operations when things get busy.

Your primary remit will be driving branch performance, ensuring your people are well-led and that our customers have a great experience.

Familiarity with business development, strong operational leadership and awareness of what it takes to keep a branch profitable will be essential for success in this role

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team of customer service, warehousing and technical professionals
- Ownership of branch performance across safety, commercial, and operations
- Build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to profitable sales growth across the region
- Partner with other branch leaders and internal stakeholders to share insights, solve problems and drive performance
- Drive continuous improvement, encouraging your team to find safer, smarter and more efficient ways of working

What you'll bring

- Extensive operational management experience in a similar capability (exposure to FMCG will be highly regarded)
- Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to drive new business
- A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across customers, frontline teams and internal stakeholders
- A continuous improvement mindset
- A Current Driver's Licence
