Specifications: · Conduct Business Process Analysis · Support System Implementation and Testing · Familiarity with ECM & BPM tool · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for document publishing solutions · Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization · Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team · Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure the successful implementation of document publishing solutions · Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps · Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions · Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases,

Skills: · Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT
Business Analyst, preferably in a global enterprise setting · Proven experience with document publishing solutions and document management systems - Experience In Banking Domain · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skill · Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously · Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements management tools · Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
methodologies - Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA,
or equivalent) is a plus
