Role DescriptionApply established professional experience across business development, stakeholder engagement, strategic marketing, business planning and leadership.

Develop new business opportunities, engage with professionals through initial and discovery conversations, and build trusted qualified relationships. Manage business development activities from initial engagement through follow-up while applying established systems, training and business processes.

Develop and refine your own business plans, priorities and market activities within a self-directed workplace aligned with your professional and personal goals.

Role AccountabilitiesBusiness Development & Consulting

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Engage with professionals through initial and discovery conversations.

- Develop commercial, marketing and leadership capability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Established experience in business development, consulting, stakeholder engagement or other client-facing professional environments.
- Strong relationship-development and communication capability.
- Experience identifying, developing or managing new business opportunities.
- Confidence conducting professional discovery and stakeholder conversations.
- Business planning and commercial awareness.
- Sound independent judgement and decision-making.
- Ability to manage priorities, follow-up activities and ongoing business activities independently.
- Confidence using digital communication and business tools.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

Experience across consulting, business development, professional services, management, project or program delivery, governance, transformation or technology is highly relevant.
