We're Refulfil, a specialist commerce agency that builds the tech and brands behind some of the fastest-growing rental businesses on the planet. Dress rental, furniture rental, jewellery rental, ski rental: if people are borrowing it, we know how to make it work beautifully and more profitably.

Until now, our sales have been founder-led. I'm trying to find someone who can bring the next generation of rental businesses into the Refulfil fold, better than I ever could.

You'll own the pipeline, with help from me to close deals when it helps, and you'll have a hand in shaping what we sell and who we sell it to:

- Hunt down rental merchants (and brands thinking about rental) before anyone else does
- Build relationships with the Shopify ecosystem: partners, agencies and platforms that send us good people
- Run discovery calls that feel like helpful conversations
- Turn messy briefs into clear proposals with the team (we'll help, but you'll drive)
- Keep a tidy pipeline and keep me grounded in our forecasts
- Represent us at events, in DMs and on the occasional dance floor at an afterparty





You'll thrive with us if:

- You'd rather understand a client's business than read a script at them
- You're curious, driven and relentlessly practical
- You can get your head around technical things and explain them to non-technical people
- AI is already part of how you prospect, research and follow up, not on your to-do list
- You like being part of a small team where your work visibly moves the needle
- Bonus: You've sold agency services, Shopify projects or anything rental/subscription/marketplace before
