Key Responsibilities

- Extract and consolidate data from SAP, SharePoint, Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, ECTR, Revit, LMS, and Excel.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and management scorecards.
- Analyse operational, project, financial, resource, quality, and schedule data.
- Identify data issues, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Automate reporting using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Excel VBA.
- Support data integration, governance, documentation, and data quality.
- Work with business and IT teams to improve reporting processes.

Required Skills

- 10+ years in Reporting, BI, Data Analytics, Project Controls, or similar.
- Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, DAX, and Data Modelling.
- Robust SAP reporting/data extraction and SharePoint Online experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and enterprise data integration.
- Exposure to Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, ECTR, or Revit is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, APIs, or Azure Data Services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
