Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Geely South Yarra in Cremorne, VIC. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle finance and insurance (F&I;) for customers, including presenting finance options, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the sales team to maximize finance and insurance penetration, accurately processing documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with finance and insurance providers.

The Business

Manager will monitor key performance indicators, manage deal profitability, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the purchase process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records,



supporting dealership reporting, and contributing to continuous improvements in processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in automotive finance and insurance, business management, or a related commercial role
- Solid skills in financial analysis, negotiation, and deal structuring to support profitable and compliant transactions
- Solid understanding of lending practices, credit assessment, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly to customers
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Track record of collaborating effectively with sales and service teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical conduct and high-quality service
- Relevant certificate, diploma, or degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is highly regarded
- Previous automotive dealership experience and knowledge of the Geely brand or broader automotive market are advantageous
