What you'll do You'll be on the factory floor doing final assembly and finishing of custom cabinetry: skilled,



detail-oriented work where you're the last set of hands before a kitchen leaves our factory.

- Complete final assembly and finishing using hand and power tools
- Read job sheets and production drawings accurately
- Apply your advanced CNC and CAD/CAM skills
- Make quality adjustments, check alignment and rework for a perfect finish before dispatch
- Work with your team to keep production on schedule
- Keep your area clean, protected and WHS-compliant

What you'll bring

- A Cabinet Making trade qualification, or solid experience in assembly and joinery fit-off
- Confidence with cabinet-making machinery and hand and power tools
- CNC and CAD/CAM experience (highly regarded)
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in a premium finish
- A problem-solving mindset: you spot defects early and get it right the first time
- Reliability and a safety-first attitude
