We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Café Attendant to join our team.
The successful candidate will have an outgoing, confident personality and a passion for delivering high quality food and beverage service to our members and guests.
The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and shift work.
About the role
Café Attendant responsibilities will include:
- Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to members and guests
- Build rapport with patrons and check in on their meal satisfaction
- Develop a strong knowledge of our menu to offer recommendations
- Upsell and cross-sell products and share information on club activities
- Prepare drink orders in line with RSA requirements
- Follow correct cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean,
tidy and fully operational café and bar area
- Maintain stock levels and ensure all food products are correctly labelled, dated and well presented
- Adhere to food handling procedures and Workplace Health & Safety policies
- Assist with functions and events when required

Skills and experience:
- Previous café or hospitality experience highly regarded
- Valid RSA/RCG Photo Competency Card
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- The ability to work both independently and in a team workplace
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle hot food and drinks
