Role Description The Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW in our newest location Meadowbank.

This position oversees daily bakery/cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The Cafe

Manager leads and supports the team, ensures exceptional customer service, and manages the presentation and quality of all food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating orders,



managing cash handling and point-of-sale systems, and driving sales through effective product merchandising. The role also involves working closely with bakery leadership to align the cafe experience with Sonoma’s brand values.
