Carpenter & Shed Builder – 2 Positions Available

Looking for variety, quality work and long-term stability?

CAD Constructions is growing, and we’re looking for two experienced tradespeople to join our Orange-based team servicing the Central West NSW region. We currently have 2 positions available:

1 x Qualified Carpenter

1 x Experienced Shed Builder / Installer

We’re not a volume home builder. Our work is varied and hands-on, covering carpentry, renovations, property maintenance, sheds, outdoor projects and custom works.

Position 1 – Qualified Carpenter

We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who is confident working across a variety of projects, including:

- Renovations and upgrades
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Decks and outdoor living areas
- Sheds and structural works
- General carpentry
- Custom and problem-solving work

You’ll need to be able to work independently when required while also working effectively as part of our wider team.

Position 2 – Shed Builder

We’re looking for an experienced Shed Builder or Installer who is confident with the construction and installation of sheds and associated works.

Experience may include

- Steel shed construction
- Structural steel framing
- Shed erection and installation
- Roofing and wall cladding
- Flashings, gutters and downpipes
- Doors and associated shed components
- Reading plans and following specifications
- Working safely and efficiently on site





Trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential for the Shed Builder position if you have strong practical experience.
