We have supportive kitchen management and a qualified hospitality operations team.

The Role: Chef / Cook

As our Full-Time/ Part time Café Chef, you’ll be preparing and serving food and savoury dishes from our specialized menu to a busy local crowd.

Your key duties will include:

- Food Prep & Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes to recipes and quality standards. Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Plating: Present and garnish dishes to café standard
- Kitchen Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization. Always adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Support the Head Chef with stock, ordering, and wastage management to minimize food spoilage
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the culinary team to streamline operations and ensure efficient service delivery
- Cleaning: Manage waste, cleaning & dishes and general kitchen upkeep

About You Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.





Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cooking.

Passion for the hospitality industry with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a close-knit team.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with a commitment to excellence even under pressure.

Well-presented and professional demeanour.

A strong leader defined by patience, fortitude and responsibility.

A keen understanding of OH&S; and food hygiene requirements.

Creativity and a boundless love for cooking.
