Your New Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), leading the organisation’s end-to-end operations and infrastructure strategy. As second-in-command, you will oversee a diverse portfolio including import terminals, bulk storage assets, logistics and transport operations, retail infrastructure, maintenance services, and major capital projects. You will hold operational P&L; accountability while driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-site environment.
Working closely with the executive team, you will execute growth strategy,
lead infrastructure expansion and capital delivery, and champion technology adoption and process innovation to enhance operational capability. This role requires balancing commercial outcomes with operational excellence, while embedding a high-performance, safety-first culture and maintaining a strong focus on customer service and reliability.
What You Need to Succeed
You will bring 10+ years of senior leadership experience within petro-chemical or bulk liquid storage, terminals, ports, logistics, infrastructure, industrial operations, or asset-intensive environments, with a proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-site operations and manage significant asset portfolios. Your background will include full P&L; responsibility, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering major capital projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory compliance within complex operating environments.
As a leader, you are people-focused and culturally aware, capable of building high-performing teams and embedding accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. You bring the judgement to scale operations through improved structure, systems, and discipline, while maintaining agility, innovation, and a solid customer orientation.
