KAW is a busy multi-practitioner chiropractic clinic in Alfredton. We're looking for a full time Chiropractic Assistant to join our clinic team. This role is more than reception. You're the first and last person our patients see, and you keep the whole day running on time.
What you'll do
- Welcome patients, check them in and keep the clinic flowing
- Book, rebook and manage the schedule in Cliniko
- Take payments and set up payment plans
- Run decompression therapy sessions (full training provided)
- Make patient recall calls and follow-ups
- Support our chiropractors and radiographer through the day
What you'll bring
- Customer service experience. Hospitality, retail or healthcare all count
- Confidence on the phone and with software
- Reliability and the ability to follow a system and do it properly every time
- No chiro experience needed. We train you
