Join us as a Claims Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly and claims are resolved efficiently and accurately. You’ll take ownership of national claims processing, working closely with warehouses, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure faulty, damaged, and missing goods claims are collected, credited, and closed on time.

As a Claims Coordinator, you'll:

- Manage vendor claims end-to-end, ensuring all documentation and evidence are submitted accurately and on time, and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt credit resolution.
- Coordinate with warehouses nationally and our 3PL partners to arrange collections and resolve any delays.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally to improve communication, reduce claim friction, troubleshoot issues and streamline credit processing.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the future of our claims function.

You'll have:

- Ability to be highly organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, and the confidence to work across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with plenty of variety and challenge.
- The ability to work out of our Waterloo HQ 5-days a week
