The Christmas season brings a different energy to the store. We’re looking for people who can help create a considered, welcoming experience for customers while supporting the team through one of our busiest trading periods.

As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and a customer-focused approach to the store. You’ll connect with customers, help them find what they need and build your product knowledge so you can offer relevant recommendations and alternatives.

You’ll also support the daily rhythm of the store — from fitting rooms and customer areas to replenishment and keeping the floor organized and ready to shop.

We are recruiting for all our stores across Sydney: Pitt Street, Bondi, Macquarie, Chatswood, Miranda & Parramatta.

This is a fixed-term casual chance, with contracts expected to commence from mid-October 2026 and conclude in mid-February 2027.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

/ Welcome and connect with customers, understanding what they need and offering support

/ Build your knowledge of product, new arrivals and trends to make confident recommendations

/ Support customers across the shop floor, fitting rooms and payment areas

/ Help customers explore in-store and digital shopping options

/ Keep the store replenished, organised and easy to shop

/ Respond to customer flow and support different areas of the store when needed
