As a market‑leading distributor of insurance products across pleasure craft, motorcycle, caravan, and commercial marine lines, NM Insurance operates throughout Australia and New Zealand with a full‑cycle underwriting model. Our business is a full cycle underwriting agency, including underwriting, claims, product, actuarial, finance and legal and compliance support for all our stakeholders. Our Insurance Products are distributed through licensed Insurance Brokers, distribution partners and direct to consumers in the Australian and New Zealand Market.

You will be the central point of contact for clients and dealers, keeping the sales process running smoothly from enquiry to completion. Whether it’s managing quotes, processing endorsements, or moving quickly to resolve roadblocks, you will ensure every interaction supports conversion and keeps our partners confident in the process.

Working closely with our Business Development Managers and internal teams, you will make sure communication stays clear, actions stay on track, and opportunities don’t stall. Your strong product understanding will help you deliver accurate,



informed support and your ability to keep pace in a quick‑moving environment will make you a key part of our distribution success.

Job Requirements

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tier 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of underwriting standards and procedures
- Proven experience in client service or insurance operations is highly regarded

Job Responsibilities

- Provide timely and accurate responses to client enquiries via phone and email
- Assess insurance risks and determine appropriate premiums, excesses, and coverage
- Process endorsements, cancellations, quotations, and online referrals
- Support BDMs with product placement and urgent requests
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and service delivery
- Uphold NM Insurance’s values in every client and team interaction
