We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Regional Manager to lead our clinical teams across Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

This is a permanent full-time senior clinical leadership role that can be based in either Brisbane CBD or Sydney CBD, with ad hoc travel across QLD, NSW and ACT as required.

What You Need to Know

This is a hands-on clinical leadership role with responsibility for the leadership, development, performance and clinical quality of a multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors across QLD, NSW and ACT.

As Clinical Services Regional Manager, you will:

- Lead, support and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team across QLD, NSW and ACT.
- Provide strong people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, performance management and capability development.
- Provide clinical supervision, consultation and guidance to clinicians, within relevant professional and discipline-specific requirements.
- Promote high standards of clinical practice, service quality and professional conduct across the team.
- Support clinical governance, risk management and continuous improvement across service delivery.
- Participate in the on-call clinical escalation roster, supporting Acacia's after hours team, alongside other regional managers and senior clinical staff.
- Provide senior clinical escalation support for complex presentations and cases where risk is identified.
- Support the broader service with clinical decision-making and escalation as required.
- Work collaboratively with operational leaders and other teams to ensure appropriate clinical outcomes and a high-quality client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with organisational clients and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload, predominantly comprising higher-level organisational services such as Manager Assistance, Critical Incident Response and other workplace mental health services.
- Effectively manage the complexity associated with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and geographically dispersed teams.

What We Are Looking For

This role requires a strong combination of clinical expertise,



people leadership and operational capability.

You will be an experienced mental health qualified who is comfortable leading others, making sound clinical decisions and supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality services.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Professional Qualification: General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA, or current accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW.
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of five years' relevant post-qualification experience within mental health, counselling or a related clinical environment.
- Clinical Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading, supporting and developing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- People Leadership: Strong people management capability, including coaching, mentoring, performance management and capability development.
- Clinical Supervision: Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, consultation and guidance to mental health professionals, with an understanding of professional scope, ethical obligations and discipline-specific supervision requirements.
- Clinical Governance and Risk: Strong clinical judgement and demonstrated experience managing complex presentations, clinical risk, escalations and quality of care.
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, organisational clients and other key stakeholders.
- Counselling and Clinical Skills: Strong evidence-based clinical skills, with demonstrated experience supporting a broad range of clients and presenting concerns.
- Workplace Mental Health: Experience within EAP, workplace mental health or organisational psychological services is highly desirable.
- Critical Incident Response: Experience providing or overseeing workplace Critical Incident Response services is highly desirable.




- Organisational Capability: Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and lead effectively across multiple locations.
- Technology: Confidence using technology, clinical case management systems and other digital platforms.
