Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter for a fast-paced, multi-storey hotel project in the Hunter Valley. You will work hands-on across suspended post-tensioned slabs and multiple fronts, coordinating trades and labour with the Structures Foreman and Site Manager.
The role requires prior Leading Hand experience on multi-deck construction, solid sequencing ability, and a hands-on approach. Project runs ~17+ months, with a dynamic site team in place.
