An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Lawyer to join the firm's highly regarded disputes practice in Sydney. Working closely with respected partners and senior practitioners, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and insolvency-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build their advocacy and litigation skills while working on sophisticated, high-value matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acting in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes.
- Advising clients on insolvency, restructuring and related disputes.
- Assisting with construction and infrastructure-related litigation involving major projects and stakeholders.
- Representing clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
- Advising company directors, boards and executives on risk management, governance and dispute strategy.
- Managing matters across all stages of litigation, including investigations, pleadings, evidence preparation, negotiations and court proceedings.
- Working closely with clients to deliver strategic, commercially focused legal solutions.





The Successful Candidate Will Have:

- 2+ years' post-admission experience with a focus on commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Strong technical skills, including drafting, legal research and preparation of complex advice.
- Exposure to commercial disputes, regulatory matters, insolvency or construction-related litigation.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn from experienced practitioners.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex legal issues.
