Working alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment, you'll help deliver high-quality dishes that create memorable dining experiences for travellers. We are looking for candidates with proven experience preparing pizza and pasta, a passion for great food, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

What you will do?
- Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
- Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Conduct temperature and quality checks,



manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance

More about you

- Previous Commis Chef experience, required
- Demonstrated experience preparing high-quality pizza and pasta dishes
- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- Solid background in kitchen operations
- Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early morning breakfast shifts and evening dinner service, is essential
