Our Compliance Manager (CM) plays an integral role in ensuring that Capability Support continues to deliver personalised, trauma-informed and skilled services that improve the lives of people that we support. We achieve this by embedding evidence-based frameworks to inform, deliver and improve our services; as well as actively and systematically seeking, acting and reflecting on feedback from clients, staff and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, the CM works closely and in partnership with Capability Support’s organisational leaders to ensure we continue to meet, and build upon, our high-quality standards. They are responsible for overseeing and supporting Capability’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to legislative, regulatory, contractual and internal requirements. The role partners with leaders across the organisation to identify compliance risks,



monitor regulatory obligations, manage audits and corrective actions, and promote a culture of accountability and ethical conduct.

The CM will examine, verify, evaluate and report on operational and managerial processes, systems and outcomes to ensure operational integrity and compliance, and assist in business process reviews, risk assessments, developing deliverables and reporting progress against outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a Compliance Framework
- Support the design, development and implementation of systems, tools and processes that enable the review and evaluation of:
- operational and client-centred risk identification and management
- ongoing reporting and audit obligations
- formal standards and regulatory codes appropriate to Capability’s needs
- continuous and business improvement opportunities
- any other business need
