Community Support Worker – Aged Care | In-Home Support

About the Role

Creative Career Nursing Agency SA (CCNASA) is seeking experienced, reliable and compassionate Community Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home support to clients across metropolitan and Regional Adelaide.

We are looking for experienced community care workers who are confident working independently in clients' homes and committed to delivering respectful, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and choice.

A minimum of 3-6 months' experience in community care is mandatory for this position.

Applicants must also have flexible availability across Monday to Sunday and be able to work across a rotating roster based on client requirements.

Your Responsibilities

As a Community Support Worker with CCNASA, your duties may include:

- Domestic Assistance – cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general household support

- Transport Assistance – supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping and community activities

- Social Support – providing companionship and assisting clients to remain active and connected within their community

- Personal Care – assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility and activities of daily living

- Medication Assistance – assisting clients with medication as required.

- Supporting clients to maintain their independence within their own homes

- Following individual care plans and client-specific requirements

- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting changes or concerns appropriately

- Providing safe, respectful and professional support at all times

Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Minimum 3 months' experience working in community care





- Availability Monday to Sunday across a rotating roster

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability), Aged Care, Community Services or a relevant qualification

- Current National Police Check

- Current First Aid and CPR

- Current Manual Handling certification

- Current driver's licence

- Access to a reliable vehicle

- Current Australian work rights

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently in clients' homes and community settings
