Role Description This full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist/Programmer role is based in the Greater Adelaide Area. The position involves setting up and operating CNC machines, programming and adjusting machining parameters, and producing precision components to engineering specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tooling and materials, monitoring machine performance, and performing routine maintenance to ensure effective operation.

The role also requires inspecting finished parts, documenting production data,



and collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and meet quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

- CNC machine operation skills, including Machine Operation and Machinery handling in a manufacturing environment.
- Precision Machining experience, with strong capabilities in Machining and Milling of complex components.
- Quality-focused mindset, including Quality Control skills and familiarity with inspection tools and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and CNC programs (G-code or similar).
- Experience with CNC programming software and process optimization is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of safety practices, workplace standards, and continuous improvement principles.
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in machining, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work both independently and within a team.
