Hamilton Locke in Sydney is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to own Legora and future AI tools across the firm. You will work with practice groups to translate workflows into configured agents and prompts, drive adoption, and lead change management.

Reporting to the Head of Technology and Director of Business Performance, you will shape AI strategy, run pilots, measure adoption, and build training materials to enable lawyers to use AI effectively.
