The Prospect: Multiworks is a privately owned civil and infrastructure contractor delivering complex projects across Victoria and interstate.

As the business continues to grow, Multiworks is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to provide senior, field-based leadership across its project portfolio.

Reporting to the GM Operations, this role will work closely with Project Managers while mentoring Supervisors and Crew Leaders, ensuring a consistent standard of delivery, safety and cost discipline across every project.

This is a highly visible role for someone who understands construction from the ground up and has the credibility to positively influence experienced site teams.

The Role:

You will spend the majority of your time across active projects, providing leadership, mentoring and practical construction expertise

Key responsibilities include:

- Set and maintain consistent construction standards across all projects




- Mentor and develop Supervisors and Crew Leaders
- Lead safety standards and behaviours across the field
- Support project teams with constructability and delivery challenges
- Coordinate labour and field resources across multiple projects
- Strengthen Multiworks' self-performing workforce and trade capability
- Support tender-stage constructability reviews and project close-outs
- Build greater cost awareness and accountability across site teams

The role is predominantly office and site-based with semi regular regional and interstate travel. Above all, we're looking for someone who can walk onto a project, understand what's happening quickly, earn the respect of the team and lift the standard.
