The Venue

Perched on the edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct has panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters. This venue is located on Echo Point Road and offers majestic views from the upper and ground floor levels of this world class restaurant, café and wine bar.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team and be part of the rapid paced environment this exciting venue has to offer. We are looking for someone who has experience working in a busy kitchen environment across à la carte, functions and events, with a focus on delivering consistent, quality food.



The role can be casual or full time.

You

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Ability to prepare and cook food consistently to a high standard
- Can work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a team
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including café service, events & Restaurant
- Flexible availability during weekday, weekend and public holidays
- Pride in presentation, cleanliness and maintaining high kitchen standards
- A working understanding of Food Safety Standards, experience of HACCP advantageous
