- Band 7 $108,082.46 to $120,784.40 + Super, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Making a difference This is a genuine opportunity to help shape how Central Goldfields Shire Council delivers our children's services to the community. As the Coordinator Goldfields Children's Centre, you'll play both a strategic and operational role leading the 100-place Centre including 3- and 4-year-old kinder programs.

The role requires exceptional leadership to deliver high-quality early learning and care, nurture positive and aspirational culture, and support ongoing professional development of our staff, giving you the chance to leave a lasting positive impact on local children and their families.

As a leader of a Council owned community-based service, the Coordinator plays a critical role in policy development, service planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance and collaborating with other parts of Council - all aimed at Council's commitment to support great futures for local children and their families.
