Are you passionate about hospitality, coffee, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences? We are currently seeking for Duty Managers and Food and Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality—crafting and serving premium coffee beverages, and assisting with food and wine service during peak hours. Your passion for quality and customer service will help create memorable experiences for our guests throughout the day.

As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring service standards, compliance,



and operational excellence are maintained.

What You’ll Bring:

- A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Hospitality leadership experience for Duty Manager.
- A positive attitude, great energy, and a willingness to learn—these go a long way with us.
- Reliability and punctuality, along with a collaborative spirit and love for working in a team.
- Confidence in multitasking—you’ll be trained to operate the till, prepare drinks, run food, and occasionally assist with events.
- Curiosity about wine and coffee, and a desire to share that knowledge with guests.
- The ability to work independently while also thriving in a team workplace

What You'll be Doing

- Ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests, with safety as the top priority across all front-of-house (FOH) operations.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building relationships with regular guests and attracting new patrons.
- Collaborate with the entire team to uphold excellence in all FOH service standards.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment,



with a strong focus on guest-facing presentation and hygiene.
- Support the business in setting and achieving clear financial goals, contributing to overall operational success.
- Understand and comply with liquor licensing regulations, and promptly report any potential issues during shifts to the manager on duty.

Eligibility

- Applicants must have current Australian work rights.
- Hold a valid RSA andLevel 1 Food Safety Certificate (Essential)
- Applicants must be 18+ years of age due to the nature of working in a licenced venue.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
