Falcon 7X Flight Attendant

Belair Jet Management is seeking an experienced business aviation Flight Attendant to join our international Falcon 7X charter operation.

We are looking for an experienced aviation qualified who combines exceptional cabin service standards with strong operational capability, sound judgement and extensive experience in international VIP and business aviation.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience operating in private, VIP or business aviation, including long-range international operations, and be comfortable independently managing all aspects of the cabin and passenger experience.

The Role

As a Falcon 7X Flight Attendant, you will take primary responsibility for the preparation, presentation, safety and delivery of the onboard passenger experience across domestic and international charter missions.

You will independently manage all aspects of the cabin operation, including:

- Cabin preparation and presentation
- Passenger safety and comfort
- Premium catering and menu planning
- Catering presentation and service
- International provisioning
- Passenger-specific requests and preferences
- Cabin inventory and stock management
- Coordination with flight crew, operations, handlers and suppliers
- Ground transport and other passenger arrangements where required
- Post-flight cabin preparation and reporting

Our operation regularly involves international, multi-sector and short-notice charter missions. Candidates must therefore be comfortable operating beyond familiar or repetitive routes and capable of adapting quickly to changing schedules, destinations, passenger requirements and operational circumstances.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must





- Have substantial previous experience as a Flight Attendant in business aviation, private aviation or high-end VIP operations.
- Demonstrate significant experience in diverse international operations, rather than predominantly domestic or repetitive-route flying.
- Have experience independently managing cabin operations on long-range international missions.
- Have a strong understanding of the safety responsibilities associated with operating as a crew member.
- Demonstrate exceptional standards of presentation, discretion, confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Have extensive experience coordinating premium catering, provisioning and passenger-specific requirements across international destinations.
- Be comfortable working within the dynamic and frequently changing environment of international charter operations.
- Be capable of operating independently and making sound decisions away from home base.
- Be comfortable with short-notice changes to schedules, destinations and passenger requirements.
- Hold a valid passport and be able to satisfy the entry and visa requirements associated with international operations.

Previous Falcon 7X experience is highly desirable, as is experience on comparable large-cabin, long-range business jets.

International & VIP Experience The Falcon 7X is operated as a genuinely international charter aircraft,



and substantial international operating experience is an important requirement of this role.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience operating across multiple international regions and managing the practical challenges associated with long-range business aviation, including changing itineraries, unfamiliar destinations, international catering and provisioning, cultural considerations and differing passenger expectations.

Experience operating throughout regions such as North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will also understand the particular expectations of private and charter passengers, including discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate requirements without being intrusive.

What We Are Looking For The right person will combine the polish and attention to detail expected of a high-end business aviation Flight Attendant with the practical capability required to independently manage the cabin of a long-range international charter aircraft.

You should be equally comfortable delivering an exceptional onboard experience, preparing for a complex international mission at short notice, sourcing appropriate catering in an unfamiliar destination, responding to changing passenger requirements and working closely with the flight crew and operations team.
