Day to day activities in the Corporate Support team will be across a wide range of duties and would suit a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail, who enjoys working with people.

Corporate Support Officers play an significant role in supporting NDIS Commission operations through high-quality customer service, facilitating administrative, maintenance and security arrangements at each office location, and enabling employees to deliver their duties.

Provision of administrative and corporate support services to facilitate delivery of business operations to agreed standards

Monitor group mailboxes and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Working with other enabling services teams to on-board and off-board new starters teams to on-board and off-board new starters

Working collaboratively to support enabling functions: Property, Security, ICT, Business Resilience, and People (HR).

To be considered in this role, candidates will need to:





- be an Australian Citizen, and
- have a favourable National Police Check, and
- have or be willing to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting security clearance. Should business need arise, be willing to obtain and maintain a Baseline / Negative Vetting Level 1/ NV 2 security clearance.
- complete a NDIS Commission external influences and associations declaration form.

The NDIS Commission is seeking to establish a merit pool of Corporate Support Officers to fill temporary and ongoing vacancies, for part time and full-time opportunities as they arise at each of our office locations in Australia.

NDIS Commission offices are located in the capital city of each Australian State and Territory, and Parramatta and Penrith in NSW. Successful candidates must be able to work from the office location as a core requirement of the role.
