THE ROLE

Managing a portfolio of busy corporate clients, you’ll provide seamless end-to-end travel management while delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing domestic and international corporate travel bookings

- Booking flights, accommodation, car hire and additional travel requirements

- Providing tailored flight and fare options based on client needs and preferences

- Ensuring bookings comply with individual corporate travel policies

- Managing amendments, cancellations and complex itinerary changes

- Resolving booking issues and assisting clients when plans change

- Working within agreed client SLAs

- Liaising with internal teams and travel suppliers

- Providing technical support and assisting with reporting when required

- Building strong relationships with high-profile corporate clients





WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant

- Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements

- Excellent international and domestic fares knowledge

- Confident self-ticketing skills

- Strong GDS experience across Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- High attention to detail and excellent organisation

- Ability to remain calm when managing urgent or complex requests

- Confidence working independently while also contributing to a team

- Strong systems skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly
